I have some boudin sausage....what are some receipes on how to cook/serve them? - how to serve boudin sausange
You do not need a recipe, what is good in itself, but go well or green peas w / pudding as a meal or sausage. (If you have a large grill)
"You can (brush some butter over bake)
"Maybe the steam, but the skin does not get to eat crunchy and hard to find.
My fav is on the grill, wrap in paper, brush w / o the butter in the pan.
Awesome in a po-boy bun w / a bit in May both crackers.
-Excellent cooked in beer (do not boil water)
By the way, if you're in a pan, not the first cut
-if the beans or gumbo pot of boiling, otherwise it will only burn
"The trick is to cook until just before it dries POP.
-when the red beans, gumbo, or other meat () chick. (sausage, or shrimp, oysters, crab (seafood gumbo), the court may be continued only in pudding, not chicken. in the Red Bean

Cut into pieces. Fry in a skillet with hot peanut oil until golden brown. Add 1 medium onion, two stalks of celery chopped, 1 chopped bell pepper, sauté until soft, stirring constantly and scraping browned bits from pan bottom sausage with a wooden spoon. add a can of beans, drained, saute. Add 1 cup of rice, two cups of chicken broth. Can bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked (see the package of rice, usually 18-20 minutes). Voila - sausage and red beans and rice.
ReplyDeleteBoil and serve with crackers delicious,!
