I noticed these little red bumps on the tongue like a week ago. Can the herpes or something. This could be a reaction to food or what? I do not understand why Arnt goes. You feel a little warm. I have a cold sore or something else, though in my mouth than I realized.

This could be something as simple as eating too much fruit and vegetables. Berries and tomatoes are the main criminals "bumps" in the mouth. Cut fatty foods for a while and see whether to leave them. If not, you think your doctor cares about them. It is more than likely disappear if do something or not.
